CheckedOK is a maintenance inspection system that shows inspections are meeting safety regulations wherever equipment or components need to be checked and recorded. It is widely used to help improve safety management in industries concerned with lifting or other safety critical operations.
Radio Frequency Identification
Equipment can be identified with the use of radio frequency (RFID) tags. RFID helps to improve safety, making it easier to identify equipment, ensuring that the correct inspections and checks are applied. RFID also gives increased accountability as the engineer has to scan the tag within a few centimetres therefore giving proof of a visit.
Reporting and Conformance
CheckedOK provides reports on inspections and identifies equipment that should have been inspected but has been missed. Reports are formatted to meet the needs of different regulatory regimes including;
