Radio Frequency Identification

Equipment can be identified with the use of radio frequency (RFID) tags. RFID helps to improve safety, making it easier to identify equipment, ensuring that the correct inspections and checks are applied. RFID also gives increased accountability as the engineer has to scan the tag within a few centimetres therefore giving proof of a visit.

Reporting and Conformance
