Now the Dublin-based business has worked with CoreRFID to develop its own app-based visual management tool which allows users to monitor and report on the condition of any asset.
Compliance by Hoistech provides a platform where all stakeholders can effortlessly communicate about an individual asset, its whereabouts, its condition, any work scheduled and the status of works in progress.
The launch of Compliance is CoreRFID’s latest project for Hoistech. The companies have worked together since 2010 to create solutions to manage inspection reporting and improve safety.
Simplicity is at the very core of Compliance. Users simply scan the QR code on their asset to launch the app, then intuitively-designed questionnaires walk them through the inspection process. Pictures can be taken without the need to change screen and attach automatically. The app automatically geolocates the user and asset using the phone’s GPS system while the dashboard gives a clean overview of all asset performance.
Anything flagged by a field user is immediately brought to the relevant individual’s attention. All interactions thereafter are automatically recorded. As no two businesses are the same, Compliance allows users to customise the way assets are managed and create an infinite number of tailored questions.
