Meet our new customer support specialist

CoreRFID has recruited a systems account manager to offer additional support to clients.

Catherine Jones, who joins us from an electrical and engineering manufacturer, will help us welcome new clients on board and build closer relationships with established customers.

Catherine will work across all sectors and report to CoreRFID’s technical director Munzi Ali.

Munzi Ali comments: “Great customer service is a key part of the delivery of our RFID solutions. But we’re always looking to improve and Catherine joining the team will help us to do that.”

CoreRFID is currently operating all services remotely in the UK and internationally, including consultancy, support and physical delivery of RFID scanners and tags. Our current projects include work for the suppliers to Nightingale hospitals and major utility companies.
