We’re finding that Android tablets are becoming increasingly popular as the mobile device-of-choice in inspection and safety checking applications, especially with our CheckedOK system.
Because of this we’ve added two new products to our on-line RFID shop: CoreHand and CoreTab. Both provide a platform for Android based RFID applications working with low frequency, high frequency or (for CoreTAB) UHF RFID tags. Both offer mobile communications, 1D and 2D barcode scanning.
CoreHand has a 4 inch WVGA touch screen (480×800) while CoreTAB has a 7 inch 1280×800, IPS touch LCD screen. Both are designed for outdoor use. CoreHand offers IP64 specification and exceeds MIL-STD810G, while CoreTab meets IP67.
